Information you choose to share
The enquiry forms ask for your name, email, message and, optionally, a phone number. These details help a host respond to the question you send. Do not include payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information.
Local demonstration mode
Without a connected Flino backend, submissions are checked locally and return an explicit preview response. They are not stored as enquiries, published as comments, emailed to a host or used to create a booking.
When a gallery connects its backend
The operator must explain its own data retention, access and deletion arrangements before using the forms for a real service. Tokens stay on the server. Private enquiry details must not be exposed through a public collection.
Journal responses
Public comments should contain only the name and response you intend to share. An email address is used to handle the submission and must not appear in the public response. A real operator should moderate responses before publication.
Cookies and external services
This template does not include source-site analytics, advertising trackers or third-party maps. A connected service may require additional notices. Any change should be reviewed before publication.
Access, correction and contact
For a real gallery, ask its published contact to access, correct or remove an enquiry. The demonstration contact hello@oriel-gallery.example is a reserved example address and cannot receive requests.
